Q: Do you only book Disney and family holidays?

A: While I specialize in Disney and family-focused getaways, I also book a wide range of holidays—from honeymoons and day trips to luxury escapes and African safaris. I have access to a variety of trusted suppliers and can tailor any trip to your needs, ensuring a magical and stress-free experience.


Q: Are there any hidden fees associated with your services?

A: Transparency is important to me—there are no hidden costs. I never charge clients directly for my services; instead, I earn a commission from the vendors or suppliers you book with. This means your holiday won’t cost anything extra, but you still benefit from my expert planning, personalized support, and insider knowledge.


Q: Do you plan luxury or adult-only holidays?

A: Absolutely! While I specialise in family getaways, I also plan luxury escapes, honeymoon trips, and adult-only retreats. I work with trusted suppliers to tailor every detail, ensuring your trip is relaxing, memorable, and perfectly suited to your style.


Q: Can you tailor trips for multi-generational families or large groups?

A: Definitely! I can create custom itineraries for families of all sizes, balancing activities, accommodations, and downtime to make sure everyone—from kids to grandparents—has a magical and stress-free experience.





2. Communication & Support


Q: How will we stay in touch during the planning process?

A: I communicate via email, phone, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger (and while I’d love to try carrier pigeons, I’ll stick to the modern methods!). You’ll also receive a fully accessible, personalized travel itinerary viewable on any device, plus all official documents like ATOL certificates and flight vouchers sent securely via email.


Q: Can you help us while we’re on holiday if issues arise?

A: Absolutely! I’m available to assist with unexpected changes or questions during your trip, giving you peace of mind while you enjoy your holiday


Q: Do you work as a travel adviser full-time, and when can we reach you?

A: While I do have a full-time job and a very energetic two-year-old keeping me on my toes, travel planning is my absolute passion! Most evenings are spent creating personalized itineraries and quotes for my clients. I’m usually available throughout the day and will always let you know if I’m out of office—so you’ll never be left wondering when to get in touch.

A: Absolutely! Whether it’s a luxury resort, safari adventure, or a quiet family retreat, I can recommend activities, excursions, and experiences that match your interests and create memories that last a lifetime.

3. Financial Protection & Security


Q: Is my holiday payment protected?

A: Yes! I am a PTS-accredited travel agent. Protected Trust Services (PTS) ensures agents adhere to the highest standards of consumer protection and customer service, giving you peace of mind.


Q: What additional insurance options are available?

A: PTS offers extra protection through SFI (Supplier Failure Insurance) and SAFI (Travel Agent Failure Insurance), adding another layer of security for your bookings.


Q: How do I know my purchase is secure?

A: Your payments are always safe and secure. I never accept cash or payments directly into my personal account. All payments go straight to the travel supplier—whether that’s a hotel, cruise line, or airline—through the Protected Trust Services (PTS) trust account, giving you full financial protection and peace of mind.


Q: What happens if we need to cancel or change our plans?

A: Travel plans can change, and I’m here to guide you through the process. I’ll help you make use of travel insurance or PTS protections where applicable to safeguard your investment. I always recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip, and you’ll receive full cancellation terms in your booking’s terms and conditions before making any payment.

A: I am powered by The JLT Group, a reputable host agency that provides guidance, in-depth training, and compliance oversight. Working with such a trusted agency ensures I meet industry standards while giving you the personal service of an independent travel agent.

A: You get a fully personalized travel experience. From a one-on-one consultation to a day-by-day itinerary tailored to your family’s pace, priorities, and style, I handle all the planning so you can focus on making magical memories. Every detail—from character meets, the best parade spots and dining reservations to rest breaks and snack stops—is carefully designed for a stress-free, unforgettable holiday.

Q: Will you help us with dining, attractions, and VIP experiences?

A: Absolutely! I secure hard-to-get Disney dining, special Universal events, and provide tailored park strategies to maximize fun and minimize wait times. Optional upgrades like Lightning Lane or Express Pass guidance, Virtual Queue mastery, and character/show insider tips are available to level up your park experience.


Q: Can you support us during our trip?

A: Yes! I offer on-call support while you’re in Orlando—whether it’s a last-minute dinner reservation, rainy day plan, or tech help with apps, MagicBands, or Memory Maker. I make sure your holiday runs smoothly from start to finish.
